Len Sitomer,
President and Co-Founder
Len Sitomer is a seasoned media production and technology veteran. In 1992, he founded Portalvideo, LLC, a media consulting firm that provides new-age video communication tools, technologies and strategies to clients in the private equity industry. Since then, Len has grown the company significantly, attracting best-of-class companies including TA Associates, JP Morgan Fleming, Advent International and HarbourVest. Clients utilize his video presentations to showcase their ongoing business endeavors in the United States and in 20 countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

From 1982 until the launch of Portalvideo, Mr. Sitomer worked with a number of pioneering technology leaders including AT&T, Northern Telecom, MCI and BellSouth, as well as several technology consortiums. In his role as a technology design and application developer, Mr. Sitomer developed first-in-kind prototypes of interactive media applications for retail, sales, training and education markets. He also consulted for market research firms including The Yankee Group and Abt Associates. Today, Portalvideo clients benefit directly from his technology expertise which enables him to develop client-specific applications and production strategies needed to achieve their communication objectives.

A Media Producer since 1980, Mr. Sitomer has created hundreds of documentaries, commercials and corporate videos, as well as digital, web-based media presentations. He holds a dual Journalism and International Affairs degree from Columbia University and a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College.



Adam Mosston,
Vice President and Co-Founder
Over the last 20 years, Adam Mosston has participated in some of the most important broadcast innovations. His experience includes working on network news and documentaries, as well as having a background in corporate and commercial production.

In 1991, Adam worked with Forrest Sawyer and a small ABC News team during the First Gulf War. They produced the first reporting ever broadcast live from a battlefield. Adam won an Emmy for "Outstanding Coverage of a Single Breaking News Story" for his reporting on the 100 hours of the Ground War.

Starting in 1992, Adam was one of the first adopters of small-format camera technology for network programming. He was on the forefront of the so-called "Reality Programming" trend by producing first-person "Video Diaries" for ABC News, PBS, Nike and others.

During that same period, Adam also specialized in crisis reporting on subjects including the Terrorism in Peru, the Ebola virus in Zaire, the Oklahoma City bombing, Waco, and many more.

Since 1999, Adam has been working with PortalVideo, LLC, a media-consulting firm that has focused on the private equity industry. PortalVideo, LLC uses a series of proprietary tools to craft compelling media for some of the industries biggest and best players. Those tools are the genesis of the current technology created by PortalVideo, Inc.



Steve Reber,
Dir. of Application Engineering
Over twenty years engineering experience as developer, technical lead and project lead, Steve Reber's application engineering experience spans a broad range of development, including: media storage and retrieval systems, media manager applications, and video media editing systems.

A 1993 Emmy award winner for outstanding achievement in engineering development, Steve Reber was employee #7 at Avid Technology. He was technical lead for versions 1.0 thru 5.0 of Avid Media Composer, version 3.0 of Avid Elastic Reality.

Steve Reber has 7 US patents and one patent pending.






Amy Greenlaw,
Regional Sales Manager
Amy Greenlaw is an accomplished sales professional with over 15 years experience spanning the media industry. Her exceptional account management draws from a broad production background. She has produced nightly news for NBC Portland, Maine, managed corporate media projects for Fortune 500 clients such as Novartis, Merck, Bayer, and Comcast.

At the height of the internet boom, Amy moved into interactive development, working with CD,DVD and web-based media. She enjoys independent film, wine and social media. One of her goals is to spread the word about PortalVideo through the use of social media (TWITTER/IM girlgamy).

This is Amy's second sales role with an early stage company. In her first start up Amy contributed up to 25% of their sales revenues while also managing key corporate accounts, overseeing new marketing initiatives, and growing staff.
